In the present report, the Special Rapporteur on extrajudicial, summary or arbitrary
executions analyses steps taken by Ecuador in implementing the recommendations made by
the previous mandate holder in his visit report (A/HRC/17/28/Add.2), following his visit to
the country from 5 to 15 July 2010.
