Submitted pursuant to the request contained in the statement of the President of the Security Council of 26 Sept. 2001 (S/PRST/2001/25); updates the political, socio-economic, security, humanitarian and human rights developments in the Central African Republic and on the activities of the UN Peacebuilding Support Office in the Central African Republic (BONUCA) since the last report on 12 June 2009 (S/2009/309); also summarizes efforts to put in place the structure and resources required for the UN Integrated Peacebuilding Office in the Central African Republic (BINUCA).
