The Regulations were made under the Extradition Act 1988 and entered into force on 8 February 2007. This compilation was prepared on 14 October 2009 by the Office of Legislative Drafting, Attorney-General's Department, Canberra, taking into account amendments up to SLI 2009 No. 263.
