Comments	By letter of 7 November 2001, the European Court of Human Rights granted leave to UNHCR to submit a written intervention in the case of K.K.C. v. the Netherlands (Appl. No. 58964/00). The Court specifically requested that UNHCR's submission should address the practical and legal situation of displaced persons from Chechnya in the Russian Federation.
