Please find attached a translation of 23 October 1996 facsimile received by the DIRB from the Moviementos de Mujeres Dominico-Haitiana (MUDHA). The document states that the above-mentioned organization is unknown to a number of groups and organizations that work with women and Haitians in the Domincian Republic.
