Comments The Rules were made and came into force on 1 April 2003. The Rules were subsequently amended by: the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment) Rules 2007 and the Special Immigration Appeals Commission (Procedure) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2007.
