The Commission, mindful of resolution 1984/35, of 30 August 1984, on the human rights of indigenous populations, adopted by the Sub-Commission on Prevention of Discrimination and Protection of Minorities, decided to recommend to the Economic and Social Council the adoption of the following draft decision: [For the text of the draft decision, see chap.
