Article 1

Para. (1) of Article (9) of the Passport Law No. (55) of 1959 (as amended) shall be deleted an substituted by the following:

Article 9

There shall be collected a stamp duty for the passports on the following phase:

A - Issuing passport - 50 (fifty) Dinars

B - Issuing Laissey Passer - 10 (Ten) Dinars.

C - Renewing Passport - 20 (Twenty) Dinars

D - Passpor Visa - 50 (Fifty) Dinars

Article 2

The Revolutionary Command Council Resolution No. (524) of 18-4-1982 shall be cancelled.

Article 3

This law shall be implemented from its publication in the Official Gazette.
