(1) Communications Division has contacted Radio Canada International for confirmation of this broadcast. The DIRB will send the information as soon as it becomes available.

(2) (3) An on-line search was unsuccessful in finding reference to these two broadcasts. It did find two articles (attached) which appear to relate to the information contained in those broadcasts.
