German Institute for Human Rights

The German Institute for Human Rights was established in March 2001 on the recommendation of the German Federal Parliament (Deutscher Bundestag). The Institute provides information about the human rights situation within and outside of Germany. It aims to prevent human rights violations, and contributes to the promotion and protection of human rights. Website:
