United Kingdom: High Court (England and Wales)
The High Court deals with higher level civil disputes and consists of three divisions: the Queens Bench Division; the Chancery Division and the Family Division. The jurisdiction of the Administrative Court, which is part of the Queens Bench Division, is varied, consisting of the administrative law jurisdiction of England and Wales as well as a supervisory jurisdiction over inferior courts and tribunals.
