Comments On appeal from the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (CC/17533/00). The Court of Appeal held that the guidelines in Devaseelan v. Secretary of State for the Home Department [2002] UKIAT 00702 were relevant to cases where the parties involved were not the same but there was a material overlap of evidence.
