Comments The Government of the Czech Republic has requested the publication of this follow-up response to the CPT’s report on the visit to the Czech Republic in April 2002. The CPT's report (CPT/Inf (2004) 4) and the Czech Government's initial response (CPT/Inf (2004) 5) were published on 12 March 2004. The first follow-up response was published on 14 April 2005.
