Published in the Republic of Fiji Islands Government Gazette, Vol. 10, No. 5, on 10 April 2009. The Decree came into effect at 1200 hours on 10 April 2009 and are valid for 30 days from their commencement and may be extended by the President by Order in the Gazette.
